Privvy was installed in my store. The problem is that I see a dashboard from another business and cannot get to my own dashboard. Privvy has done all it can on its end, but said that Shopify needs to take care of the fix on its end. I cannot get hold of any live person from Shopify, either by phone, email, or chat. Do any of you have any recommendations? Shopify needs to reset something on its end. Thanks.
