Do you care about private customer conversations to improve your product? Private conversations don't provide a social proof, but they let you in on how customers use your product, what the pain points are, and what's missing.  

 

Would appreciate if you speak your mind about this, as I am building a Shopify app around this idea and looking for validation from merchants and manufacturers.
