Hi,
I've been trying to find an app or a way to do what seems to be very basic info while preparing an order.
Is anyone aware of any apps that can do everything that the "Draft Order" can, but also show the most important information which is:
- Product Cost
- Product / Order Profit
- Stock Levels
- Link to product for more info (not edit product)
For example a customer calls, and a sales person is setting up an order, they need to know the above information otherwise cannot really do more than "take an order" as it is.
Are there more advanced apps or perhaps something that integrates with Shopify externally that would help Sales people take orders over the phone and see the above info?
