Email confirmations and spoofing

Hi All,

We are having an issue with our order confirmations and fulfilment requests. When they come through from Shopify they are from an internal address and our email system filters it out as a spoofing attempt. I have asked Spotify what IPs their servers send email from so we can whitelist them, but they don't seem to know. Can anyone assist with this?

Having the same problem. All my emails to customers have a warning at least in gmail that state I may be spoofing and I'm suspicious
