Facebook Ads - cannot preview mobile, so failed campaign

Hi everyone, 

I am very new to this and am trying to start my first campaign. When I create my campaign, in the "preview of activity' applet the advertisement shows up well for the desktop version, but is unable to be seen for the mobile version. This is shown in the two images below. 

Facebook 'failed' the campaign for errors, but did not disclose the error type. 

What do I do to fix this? Is the problem with the images?
