Facebook doesnt approve my commerce account

Hi all, 

Facebook is completing a standard review of my account and it is taking around 3 weeks now. I dont think, that this is normal so can anyone help me with this?

My commerce account is also under review. It's been 2 weeks.

It says it can take up to 4 weeks but I too think something is not right. Can we contact anyone from Facebook? If so where? 

I can't find a live chat option on Facebook anywhere.
