Google Channel not approving products

Hi.  The Google by Shopify app has been indicating all my products are "pending." It has been this way for 6 weeks. The Merchant's Center indicates that all products are fully approved for Standard listings. We are attempting to get them approved for Enhanced listings and the Shopping tab with no luck. There are no error msgs but the account is "ineligible for enhanced listings on surfaces across Google."

Is there a better app that can get my products on the Enhanced listing and the Shopping tab and will indicate why we are not being accepted?

This is not app-specific, but based on your trust factor. Such as adding reviews, making sure you show correct info about your business, etc. etc.

Do you have any estimate on how long this "trust" validation process might take, assuming all other information is correct?

Some take days, some take months, some don't get approved at all.

Enhanced listings is new, so only the basics are known.

Can 1 item with attribute issues make the entire feed (of many items) ineligible?

That is possible yes. However there is no such public information.  So confirming your question is currently not verifiable.

If you products are not approved, check the reason by going to Google Merchant Center > Products > Diagnostics
