I THINK FEW WEEKS AGO I ENTERED MY GOOGLE ADS ACCOUNT TO CHECK SOME ISSUES I HAD WITH THE MERCHANT CENTER UNKNOWINGLY TO ME I MISTAKENLY REMOVED MYSELF TO ACCESS THE ADS ACCOUNT . THEN WHEN I TRIED TO ENTER I COULDN'T GET IN. I THOUGH MAKING A NEW ADS ACCT WOULD RECOVER THE OLD ONE BUT IT DIDN'T INSTEAD IT MADE A NEW ONE! WORST OF IT MY BILLS ARE RUNNING!!! I TRIED CONTACTING GOOGLE OPERATORS BUT THEY COULDN'T HELP ME. I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT THE DEVELOPER WITH NO RESPONDS. WHAT DO I DO NOW? IM THINKING OF TAKING IT TO COURT BUT I WANT TO KNOW OTHER OPTIONS? OR IF ANYONE HAS EXPERIENCEG THIS? PLS PLS HELP ME. THANKS!
A user can only be removed or self removed, if there is an admin user still in the account. So as you removed yourself and you were able to do this. You need get in touch with the other admin to assist you to add you back in.
Creating a second account will get you in serious trouble as you may get a permanent suspension.
I recommend closing down all new accounts and try to resolve the original issue first. The only option is to find out who still has access to your account.
1) I would try to type without full caps. As it is considered shouting. This also comes over pretty demanding and negative. So if you want to have guidance from the public community, consider not full capping your words.
2) It's the weekend and during the world health crisis, all support is slower. Simply wait till Shopify responds to your question. I think it should be 3 or 4 business days.
