Hello world- i really need help to find an app that does discount in total amount

Hi Shopifyers

I really need some help here for the past two-month I'm looking for an app that can take 

all items from 2 or 3 different collections ( the products have different prices usually 199,249)

and will sum up their total price to 300 on the cart.

 the idea is to increase volume for the customers to buy more for the holiday season here.

 2 products go usually for 298,498

will now sum up for 298

I'm really desperate please help me with that.
