Karlie here from the Shopify Guru Team! We are currently experiencing busy periods, so the option for phone call-backs is only available at certain times throughout the day. However, you can still reach out to our Support team via chat or email.
If you would like to contact our support team then you can head to our Help Center, here and you can log into your store from there. Once you've logged in then you will be prompted to ask about a topic. By selecting a topic of your choice, the page will then bring up relevant documentation and guides from our Help Center, there will also be an option to contact us directly if you require further help, like so. If you click on the button called 'Get help from the Shopify support team' then the page will then present you with all of the available support options to contact our team.
If you cannot log into your store or you don't yet have a store with Shopify then you can choose the 'Continue without logging in' option at the start and continue through the same process.
