How Do You Report BOLD Commerce for Fraudulent Activity?

I have been trying unsuccessfully to receive a credit from BOLD Commerce for an App that is not working (Bundle Builder)...  They billed me $60/mo for the past 5 months (Aug - Dec 2020).   I finally cancelled the App in December, wiping out our design work to finally get them from billing.    They have promised credits multiple times, but only delivered once up from for a couple months, but not the remaining 5 months.   I need help from Shopify to get this Fraud cleared up.
