We want to provide tiered pricing discounts + free local delivery to the employees of companies we partner with. Our use case we are trying to solve:
1. Provide link that an employer can send out their employees to access our discount program
2. Provide x% off all our products
3. Provide free local delivery
4. Avoid using draft orders API so our customers have the ability to return to cart during checkout
