This link is very helpful! Except it took me (and IT guy), 45 minutes to have to sift through the internet and then into this forum to find it.
Your Support page is a revolving loop that has no contact number, no chat option , no email, nothing.
Fix this guys, its pathetic and way backwards from where you were last year. Support options should not be like playing a video game.
