I have set up chat through Apple, Facebook, and Shopify chat. I tested Apple and it seems to be working. However, when I reply in Ping to Shopify Chat or Facebook messenger, nothing seems to go through. Customers never reply. I go to FB messenger and the messages I sent in Ping are not there. When I reply there, the customer replies. I have no way of testing Shopify chat. How can I know the customer is getting my replies?
