How do I reset a app?

Hello all,

I tried to work with the MyParcel App. It worked fine and after some days it gave errors. I tried some things but it didn't solve the problem. Then I deleted the app, but now comes the issue. It has been deleted, but whenever I go to the Shopify App Store I press download, but then it brings me to a screen which has to show up when you have the app installed. So what the issue is now: The app is removed, but it opens when I want to re-download it. I contacted the MyParcel customer service and they tried all their best, but they advised me to contact a Shopify worker, to reset the app for me.

How can I get this done?
