1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->style.scss.liquid->paste bellow code in bottom of file

.opinew-stars-plugin-link .opinew-star-plugin-inside {
	display: none;
}

If you remove this review app and still this code shows then download the theme and search the review code in editor and delete that code..
