I am being Wrongfully charged by a shopify app

Zendrop is charging me $50 a month even after I deleted the app from my shopify store, then continued to close down that shopify store. How can I be charged for an app I deleted that was connected to a store that no longer is even open? Please help. I don't know how to get zendrop to stop charging me or if I can get my money back.
