I need someone to write an app to merge products into variants

I have a total of 11k products, some of them are just variants of the same product with a different color. So for example I have two products with this title:

• 4US ANILLO PARA EL PENE AZUL 7V
• 4US ANILLO PARA EL PENE BLACK 7V

Where AZUL is blue and BLACK is black, so the same product with two colors.

I haven't found and app to that can go through my products and merge similar products into a single product with multiple variants.

Could anyone write such an App?
