I've removed the Talkable app but it's still displaying

Hi, I installed a trial of "Talkable". Its a referral reward app. Decided it wasn't for me, deleted it, but the refer a friend button is still showing and linking to a contact page. It's at www.farmfreshsouth.nz red bottom left corner. How do I remove it?
