Importify app not working

Hi i order in my shop, but when i go to full fill the order in the importify app its not working. i subscribe to the premium plans, but still its not working is there anybody can help me? please

It is mentioned on the Importify pricing plan / Shopify listing that the semi automatic order fulfilment  is available on the Gold plan.
