In-Review to Approved, and App discounts/credit/refunds.

Hi there, I just had my app approved 15 minutes ago  (I want it to stay unlisted until we test with early adopters) - But I cant seem to copy the link when I click copy listing link - and even though the email says it was approved, the listing still shows as "In review" - is this a caching issue and I need to give it some time before it reflects that it has been approved?

Once someone installs my app, is there a way for me to give them a credit/refund/discount? I want to do this for my early adopters, but do not want to create a free plan.

will reply to my own first question - after 30 minutes I asked the reviewer and they posted the approval again, and it solved the issue.

Would still like to know how I could refund/credit though :)
