Integrating DHL Express App with Carrier Rates with our webshop

Our webshop www.planet-opv.com will be exporting solar cells from India to the rest of the World. We have partnered with DHL as our freight partners. We have their rates for various sizes and weights for various zones of the world.
 
We have also included the DHL Express India App in our Shopify account. We have set the details and submitted relevant details on the app.
 
We are now testing the webshop to show the freight rates automatically when a customer begins his check-out procedure. Unfortunately the app does not automatically show the DHL rates we had agreed upon. We want the customer to see what will be additional cost in freight will be. These prices from DHL contract must be automatically visible to the client.
 
We also want the integrated DHL App to schedule auto pickup facility. We understand the DHL Express India app helps with all that. 
 
We are, however, unable to do all this. We request your kind assistance.
 
Following is the instructions we were given by one of DHL's clients who also uses Shopify. We are unsure where to use them. Please guide us:

Not sure regarding the xml request/response you have provided. However can you confirm the following?

- Are you using this app for DHL India? : https://apps.shopify.com/dhl-india 

- If so, does it support DHL freight and also allows you to fetch negotiated DHL rates at checkout?

Ans. Yes, we are using this app. We have already filled in the settings with the relevant details.

- If so, does it support DHL freight and also allows you to fetch negotiated DHL rates at checkout?

Ans. It supports. But we are unable to get the negotiated DHL Rate at CheckOut. Exactly the problem we want to have addressed.

Hi,

The app ideally should support negotiated rates since it is developed from the side of DHL and you are using your own DHL account. Have you tried contacting DHL representatives/account manager for India? They should be able to help you. 

Also, are you getting the negotiated rates when you check it directly from your account on DHL India? If so, it will be problem with the app and you will have to contact the developers for a solution or use any other app to handle DHL freight. There are apps like our Multi Carrier Shipping Label that helps you handle DHL Express for India with negotiated rates and other requirements like CSB-V. But, if you are using LTL, you will have to contact the developers to make the DHL India app right or use any other DHL Freight apps.

The XML coded in my original post was a result of the interaction with our DHL representatives. They are also unable to make any headway. They have advised that it may be a Shopify thing and I must ask for support here. Unfortunately it seems the email support is no longer available. Or I am unsure where to find them.

In myDHL account I am getting the relevant negotiated rate. So that is not a problem.

So I guess I will have to follow up with the App developer. My shipments are usually the size of package for a ream of A4 document.
