Integration with third party Gift Card

I am looking for an App or a developer who can integrate third party gift card system with Shopify Plus.  Please note we don't want to use native Gift Card feature. Please help with your suggestions.

Before proceeding I like to know did you guys did something like this exactly? we reached many other Devs but they said it is very complex and they cannot do it. If you say yes then please share the working demo URL. we like to review it before getting into further discussion.
