Inventory management app with PAR levels

I am looking for an APP that will allow me to set individual product PAR levels to trigger product reordering.  I needs this to be product specific. Another words set a PAR level for each individual product. Preferably with notification feature or at least a report I can run daily.

 Looking at the current offerings they all set to be much more for trending and anticipating need.  I need something little more simple.
