Is there an app that lets me input how much an order costed, and see the profit of the order?

Our store cannot use the "Cost per Item" in variant options, since the cost per item changes every order (not just shipping). So instead we'd like to calculate and track our cost per order and it's profit based on the subtotal + shipping. Anything exists?
