Issue with ebay category

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone else is having this problem. When I go to revise my listings on the Shopify eBay app it is now showing that I have not put the item in a category (which means I can't save edits). This shouldn't be the case as all my items are assigned categories. Alas, I went to add this product to a category and this message I am seeing still won't change, the item won't get added to a category.

I then realised that all my listings are like this despite me having assigned all my items to categories back in September 2020 when I first integrated. This has only recently happened s a few weeks ago my items had categories.

I then go into eBay and it says my listings ARE assigned to categories

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Not sure if this is a glitch or something that I need to refresh or start over but it is a bit worrying as Ii do not know if this is affecting my items being seen on ebay.
