Why did KIT disable my Facebook ad account?

Hi all I just got done installing the marketing app KIT to my store and set up Facebook ad accounts.

I then went ahead and used the phone app Shopify ping and KIT to run a Facebook ad and about an hour later I received an email stating that my ad account has been disabled because of the ad KIT tried to run.

Here is the body of the email I received:

Your ad account was disabled for not complying with the following policies:

How do I fix this? lol
