Looking for the right multi vendor solution

Hey!

I have a new client, who has a pretty big E-commerce website that had been custom made for him 12 years ago, That provide all his vendors to have their account and update products and order status.
As you can imagine the platform has many bugs and also too complicated to use.

I am looking for the right way to develop something like this in Shopify.
I found an app "Multi-Vendor Marketplace" by Webkul. 
I read the reviews and it looks like their support team is not available and that the app doesn't work well with different themes.

As I mentioned this is a big client and I can't compromise...
What would you suggest? Does anyone manage or built this kind of store?

I have not built or managed any big eCommerce website yet so I'd not give you any advice. Anyway, I found a multi-vendor marketplace app called Jetty with some highlight features below:

• Manage advanced multi-warehouse inventory
• Can custom vendor integrations
• Inventory syncing & pricing updates
• Automatic fulfillment updates
• Manage vendor shipping rules

It is designed for handling Multiple Vendors and has integrated dashboards, Shipping, Invoicing and Commission modules.

Their support is fantastic and they are open to doing small tweaks if required.
