First I just wanted to confirm, is this the app that you are referring to:
Because this is a third party app we won't be able to support it and help you out ourselves so you will need to contact the developers and have them look into any issues. I was looking at their app listing, and I can see they offer a number of contact options, including an email address - firstname.lastname@example.org or if you prefer to speak to someone on the phone, they have a contact number here - 1 (913) 735-9032.
As well as that, you could look into their app's FAQ which might help you with the setup.
If you find that you are not able to solve the issue with the developers and if the FAQ does not help, please do tell me a little bit more about the app and why you were looking to use it, that way I might be able to look for an alternative option!
