How can I manually sort products vertically in Collection Sort?

Hello, i would like to manually sort the products in https://shop-brenda-beddome.myshopify.com/collections/2021-spring-summer-collection

I purchase a plugin called Collection Sort. I don't like how it show products horizontally. Is there a way to show product vertically or is there a plugin which could alone with easy manual sorting?
