Missing stock - Printful

This is what i ask Printful: "I just saw in my Shopify store that all embroidered backpacks are "0 in stock for 2 variants" Do you have any idea why? or is it just for the embroidered backpacks?"


This is what Printful said: "Our embroidered backpacks are in stock on our site. In the settings of your Shopify store, you can set up the number of available products in your store. I'd suggest reaching out to their support, they can guide you through it step by step."


Does this happened to you ?
