Hello, Future Viewers!

 

If you're experiencing an issue where connecting one Facebook store disconnects another Facebook store on a different Shopify account, then you'll want to try the following steps: 

 

  1. Connect your Facebook account to your first account
  2. Sign out of your Shopify account and close any tabs that are connected to that account
  3. Log in to your secondary Shopify account, then connect your secondary page

This is most likely caused by how your browser caches the information, so logging out of all tabs, then logging into your second store, should help resolve this. If it doesn't, then you'll want to use Google Chrome "Incognito" mode and try the steps again. 

 

If these steps don't work, then we'd ask that you reach out to our 24/7 support via Facebook, Twitter (@shopifysupport), or through phones and chats. Doing so will provide immediate assistance and a better experience overall as our Forums community is not regularly monitored area.
