If you're experiencing an issue where connecting one Facebook store disconnects another Facebook store on a different Shopify account, then you'll want to try the following steps:
This is most likely caused by how your browser caches the information, so logging out of all tabs, then logging into your second store, should help resolve this. If it doesn't, then you'll want to use Google Chrome "Incognito" mode and try the steps again.
If these steps don't work, then we'd ask that you reach out to our 24/7 support via Facebook, Twitter (@shopifysupport), or through phones and chats.
