Try contacting Judge.me support, and they will import the CSV for you. I assume the import has not been made properly. But anyways, contacting the app support team i s the way to go.

I agree with @Aizada , you can contact to the support team. If the issue is still not solved then you can install aitrillion.com and contact to AiTrillion's support. They will import all your reviews in your Shopify store. Plus, it is an all in one Shopify app and all the features are integrated with each other and you don't need to install multiple apps.
