What shall I do to unblock my Shopify email?

Hi, @ambergiftlt!

I'd like to get to the bottom of this for you. In what way is your email blocked? Are you seeing any errors you are seeing saying this? Or are your emails bouncing when you try to send them to customers? The more info I have here, the better I can help.

Hi, Ava

Thank you for a prompt answer. Sorry, but I did't mention that: when I go to  My Shopify email app, then creta email, select an email- it says , thet Shopify Email is blocked for your store.

Can you help me?

Ah, I see!

Can you confirm your store meets the requirements to use Shopify Email? 

  • You need to have an online store with Shopify, and to have the Online Store sales channel installed.
  • If you want to send emails to your subscribers using Shopify Email, then your store needs to have a paid Shopify subscription plan with a payment provider set up.
  • If your account is on the trial plan, then you can create email messages, and send test email messages to yourself using Shopify Email, but not to your subscribers.

Hi, I meet these requirements and my email was blocked as well. How can I have this fixed before I launch my store tomorrow.

I'm sorry to hear that. Could you show me a screenshot of the error message you are seeing when you try to create an email campaign in the Shopify Email app? Just dor some context so I can help!
