The app "Product Inventory Information" looks perfect for us. But I've tried getting tech support over two weeks and got no reply. I've tried direct email, in-shopify suport, webcontact form on developers website, and I just send them a direct message here on shopify community today. I get the feeling it's a one-person show and they're on holiday or something?
It's so frustrating because I'm sure the app would work for us but we can't afford to run anything that has no support. And the app reviews and forum commenting from the dev are all very positive.
1. Any tips for how else to get tech support?
2. Anyone know if the dev of "Product Inventory Information" app has gone bust?
