Not able to disconnect eBay from store

Hello, so we want to disconnect our current ebay account with our shopify store, but whenever we click on the eBay sales channel, it says that "we are currently disconnecting your account" and it is stuck on a 1% loading bar. Is there a way that we can get this removed from your end?

 

Note: I've also tried removing and adding the sales channel back with no luck. This time around I'm going to wait about 24 hours and see if this makes a difference.

Nick here from Shopify. 

 

That is quite strange. This might sound a bit obvious, but could you try clearing your browser cache, close down your computer and then try it again? 

 

Also just to confirm, you are trying to remove the eBay account as a sales channel in your store? The reason I ask is that I'm not sure if you mean when you mentioned the below quote if you did, in fact, remove it or not.

Hopefully, after some time it will disconnect as you touched on.

Well, I was just trying to disconnect the eBay account. I wasn't able to disconnect the eBay account so I went ahead and removed the sales channel because I thought that may reset it. This did not do anything at all.

That does look strange alright. It might be best to have our higher level support team take a closer look into this for you. I'm not sure what could be causing this. Would it be ok to reach out to you via email about it? If so, can you confirm if the email you signed up to the community with would be the best one to contact you on? If it isn't can you let me know one which is please.

I am having a similar issue.  I have a new Shopify account and have my old shopify store connected to my ebay account.  When i try to 

connect my new shopify store to ebay, it gives me a message saying its already connected to the (closed) account.   Since i dont have access

to the old shopify store, how do i disconnect it?  I have found nothing online regarding removing it other than from the account/site preferences/3rd party providers

but nothing shows for Shopify.

 

Please message me with a resolution
