I have the Oberlo Chrome extension installed and I use Chrome when logged into Aliexpress. That is a given. I notice when I am logged into my shopify store using Chrome, the Chrome extension works fine. But, when I am logged into my shopify store using firefox, it asks me to login to Oberlo when I am in aliexpress and I try using the chrome extension. I get it. Maybe it is just better to use chrome for both aliexpress and shopify if am am gong to use the oberlo chrome extension. Can anyone elaborate. Thanks

Have you tried using Spocket? While I'm not sure if you prefer a plug-in extension or not, the dropshipping process is way more seamless with Spocket. It doesn't have a plug-in but the app is quite easy to navigate:

I sent a question over to a supplier in Sprocket through Sprocket. I understand that I cannot directly communicate with a supplier in Sprocket. I did this last night and I still have not heard back from Sprocket. It has been a full day now. I am wondering how this will work if I place an order for a customer and I have a question for the supplier and they do not get back to me for what is now a full day. I mean does it normally take this long?
