Order Printer Now Displays Multiple Lines of Tax (City and State)

I just noticed this change when I went to print order receipts using Order Printer today - for the state I'm collecting tax in (just CT right now), Order Printer's order receipts now show multiple lines for taxes - a line for CT (state tax) and a line for city, even though we don't have city or regional taxes in CT, just state tax. And if a customer's billing city and shipping city are different, it will show a line for each one, making the order receipt look really obnoxious. I tried to modify my Order Receipt template but it looks like I can either show tax or not show tax, not specify just state tax. Any advice?
