Order Printer - Original Templates

Hi, I'm looking for the original Order Printer Templates.

I tried to reinstall the App to get the access to them again, but didn't work.

Also tried to reach customer support, but got no luck too.

Can somebody help me, sharing the codes with me ? -  I only need the invoice one.

You only need to install the App Order Printer, copy the Invoice Template code after hit the edit button, and paste it here as a reply.

I actually have the same problem. No template.

Tried to install the app again with no luck.
Now the app is telling me that something went wrong :

We're sorry, but something went wrong.

We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly.

Any idea?
