Today I received an invoice to pay for a package of shopifs $ 29 and an invoice was issued for the app which I did not use at all. Why do I get such bills for unused app? I will not pay for what I have not used. How do I cancel this payment?

If you had the app installed on your store then you are billed for it whether you are using it or not. You need to uninstall the app if you are not using it. However, as much as I wish I could be the best person to help you out with this payment when it comes to apps that were not developed directly by Shopify, the refund needs to be approved by the app developer. I can contact them and ask for a refund if you'd like? I will CC you into the email so you can be a part of the conversation also. How does that sound?
