Need some advice with the Ping App. The Shopify Video's I've watched shows a feature that when chatting with a customer, there is a store icon in the text field so you can reference products etc. during the chat. Mine however, does not have anything. Here is a screen shot of the main board on my android tablet, I am using my PC to test the chat and using my tablet to respond.
Now when I select the 'Shop Visitor 2SC' message, you will see at the bottom, it gives me no options at all (see below). Only thing I can do is respond, similar to a SMS.
I figure there has to be a setting I am missing but for the live of me, cannot find it.
