Please enable Subscription for Shopify Status

Hi,

Curremtly Shopify Status page doesn't allow subscription to update/incidents, it will be good if we can get email notification when a new incedent happen, instead of knowing about it from the high Shopify API call errors

Hello,

as a workaround, you can subscribe to this RSS feed https://status.shopify.com/history.rss and use a service like https://blogtrottr.com/ to send notifications to your email.

I haven't checked it yet but, by the entries date in the feed, it seems that the feed is only updated after the issue is solved :-(

Hi,

we configured a status alert as describe above and we have just received our first alert. I can confirm that it was about half an hour after the event.

At some point in the last week, the RSS and Atom feeds stopped updating for me.

 

Now I just get an error and Thunderbird disables automatic updates of the feed ("Paused").
