Printful App freezing when trying to create products

I have installed and reinstalled Printful several times because every time I try to create new products, the app freezes. Is anyone else having this issue or know how I can get around it?

Dallas from the Social Care Team here at Shopify.


It sounds like this could be a cache related issue. Have you tried clearing you cache? This helpful link gives the instructions for how to clear the cache for all browsers. Can you try that and then let me know how it works?


If it doesn't can you try on another computer to see if it works there?


If it doesn't work there either then could you let me know, along with when this first started happening and what devices you tried this on?
