Printful order message for Custom Cat Product

We had a customer order a product through our shop that is from Custom Cat. But we received a message from Printful about the product not being synced. We're not sure why Printful sent the notice? Also it looks like Custom Cat never received the order. 


Anyone ever have this happen before? We're not sure why:


1. Printful is involved?

2. Why Custom Cat apparently hasn't gotten the order (it was placed several days ago)

3. How to remedy the situation?
