My Printify order queue is not syncing with Shopify at the moment. As you can see below in Shopify my orders are showing as Unfulfilled, but in Printify they are shown as In Production. Orders from 3 am yesterday are shown as In Process in Shopify, but orders from noon yesterday are shown as Unfulfilled. When I go to the Printify website, I see that all of the orders shown in Shopify as Unfulfilled are actually In Production.
I have contacted both Printify and Shopify several times about this and it has not been resolved. It is an issue that comes and goes, so my guess is that there is a human component to it--likely that once the print provider moves the order from Received to In Production, they likely have to click a button and they must just forget to click this button on their end sometimes?
