Hey guys, I'm trying to fix that problem for two days. Can't find a solution.
So I started a new promo campaign for my subscribers, by sending them a promo email, but I can't change the email from whom I'm sending it to. Even tho I've to change it in Settings---general---customer email. In the regular abandoned emails, it has changed but in the campaign, it always stays the same. How I can change that?

The first thing I would advise you to do in this situation is to clear the cache on your browser and try using a different browser than the one you have been using to log into Shopify to see if there is any difference there.
If you still see this behaviour in those circumstances, just reply here with a link to your store so we can check this out in greater depth.

Did you manage to get this changed over for your campaigns, or has it been necessary to create new ones to reflect the new email address?
