Product customization recommendations

I am in search of a product customizer that will allow users to "build" their own planner. Select the cover, interior pages based on a pre determined set of options. On the back end, I would need for this app to "record" the users selections for output and print.

When it comes to product builders, Custom Product Builder is the best one I've come across in terms of its interface and extensive features. You can check out their app demo directory here to see it all in action.

Otherwise, Zakeke Product Customizer is a more affordable option that has some great features still and should accomplish what you're looking for. Their app demo can be found here.
