Hi Shopify Community,
We sell a digital product with no shipping involved. We use Recharge as our subscription application, which has been fine so far.
But on our Payments page after someone checks out, it mentions "Shipping" multiple times. It "appears" that we have no control over this language.
Does anyone have any idea how we'd go about changing this information? With a digital product, it's confusing our customers and conversions are dropping due to it.
We just reached out but haven't heard back from them yet.
