Referral App needed - codes shared in person

Hi, 

We want to apply a Referral program which should include the following features:

1. Generating unique referral codes which can be shared in person

We are not looking for a referral link. When shipping the products we would like to give a printed unique code to our existing customers. So that they get a chance to become a part of our referral program. Referrer= cash / Friend = discount

 2. Automated discount and cash payout process

Customer receives unique code with his product < he can become a Referrer while giving the code to a Friend < Friend makes first purchase < Friend receives discount and Referre cash payout.

 3. The Referrer should be able to get access to a profile to see his performance.
