Can I get a refund for unused Shopify apps during store pause?

Hello,

I'm requesting refund for apps that I wasn't using due to I put my shop on pause, I cancelled service for the following apps until I'm ready to re-open my store.

Current billing cycle: Billed on Mar 30, 2021, Billing cycle: Feb 28, 2021 & Billing cycle: Dec 1, 2020
